The Masterclock NTP100-GNSS is a compact, high-precision Stratum 1 NTP time server designed to provide accurate and traceable time synchronization across Ethernet networks. It synchronizes directly with GNSS satellite timing and distributes the reference time to network-connected devices using the Network Time Protocol (NTP).
By synchronizing with atomic clocks aboard GNSS satellites, the NTP100-GNSS provides a highly accurate UTC reference for IT networks, data centers, telecommunications, broadcast, healthcare, utilities, aviation, security systems and other critical infrastructure applications.
The NTP100-GNSS supports multiple GNSS constellations, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou, providing greater flexibility and resilience compared with GPS-only timing solutions.
The NTP100-GNSS provides NTP output accuracy of approximately ±2 milliseconds and supports unicast, multicast and broadcast NTP modes. It is compatible with both IPv4 and IPv6 networks and can be configured through WinDiscovery or secure network interfaces.
When the GNSS reference is temporarily unavailable, the unit uses its internal temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) to maintain the time reference. For applications requiring enhanced holdover stability, an optional OCXO provides typical stability of approximately 1 ppb/day (±250 ms/year) after aging.

Applications
The NTP100-GNSS is suitable for applications where multiple networked systems need a common, accurate and reliable time reference.
Typical applications include:
Why Choose NTP100-GNSS?
The NTP100-GNSS provides a simple and cost-effective way to establish a GNSS-referenced Stratum 1 NTP source without the complexity of a larger master clock or PTP grandmaster.
Its multi-constellation GNSS capability, internal oscillator holdover and flexible NTP distribution make it well suited for organizations that require accurate network time synchronization with high availability and traceability.
For smaller networks and facilities that primarily require NTP synchronization, the NTP100-GNSS offers a compact alternative to a full-featured Masterclock GMR series master clock.
